Every article purchased in the ZIGMAN Online Store can be returned. Return costs may vary depending on the destination.
Please note that ZIGMAN cannot refund taxes and duties for returns coming from non-EU countries.
Customers can request the refund for taxes and duties through their local tax office by providing a copy of the import and export declarations.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached.
Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We can not accept returns of custom made items.
Returns that do not comply with these regulations will not be accepted.
In order to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the Contract, you must notify us, before the expiration of the term, by an unequivocal statement sent by email to customercare@zigmanofficial.com or via the form for unilateral termination of the Contract.
It is necessary to write your first and last name, address, phone number. We will send you the confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the Contract by email without delay.

The refund of your order will be processed within 14 business days upon the receipt of the returned item.
Please kindly note that we reserve the right to decline a refund in case your item was not sent in its original condition (worn, damaged, etc.)
The refund will be issued directly to the payment method used for the original purchase.
